Brand New Lease on Life

A typically substantial 1920's detached property required a major update and restyle for the family's personal needs. Rostrum Building was commissioned to remodel and renovate the entire dwelling to an enviably high standard of finish, including a large kitchen, dining room, drawing room, oak-panelled home office and spectacular triple aspect orangery on the ground floor.

Upstairs the luxury master bedroom suite and guest bedrooms all have spacious en-suites. Throughout this project Rostrum Building liaised closely with an award-winning landscape gardener to ensure that both the outside and inside living spaces work in perfect harmony. This has been the first of several successful projects elegantly aligning the landscape and living vision.

"Rostrum were chosen because my project manager and I felt that Bob Pierce was very well organised and was able to sort out the different teams required to carry out this major building contract. Also, Bob Pierce understood from the beginning what we wanted to achieve and how we wanted the house to look at completion."
