NHBC, the National House-Building Council, is the standard setting body and leading warranty and insurance provider for new and newly converted homes in the UK. Since its launch, NHBC has worked consistently to raise the construction standards of new homes and provide protection for new home builders and buyers.
Rostrum Building is proud to be a “registered builder”, having successfully completed all the NHBC’s commercial and technical assessments. Registered builders commit to consistently comply with NHBC rules and build homes to NHBC Standards of construction.
FMB, the Federation of Master Builders, was established over 60 years ago to protect the interests of small and medium-sized building firms. It is the largest trade association in the UK building industry.
The FMB sets high standards that builders must meet. Only those builders and specialists who can prove their skills and good business standing are accepted as members.
As a registered Master Builder, Rostrum Building agrees to work to a strict code of practice and recommits to this annually in renewing our FMB membership.
